Bright Branch Accessibility Statement April 2024

At Bright Branch Media, we are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible space, offering a warm welcome to all. We provide respect in the workplace training to all our staff and are committed to our equal opportunities policy.

Opening Hours

Our office space is in Gloworks in Cardiff Bay, and has a 24 hour manned reception.

Our team works flexible hours and wherever possible, a mix of in-office and remote working environments.

Public transport

Cardiff Bay is the nearest train station, just 15 min walk away, (just over 1100 metres)

Bus Routes - Bay car 6 runs from city centre John Lewis, to the Millennium Centre and operates every 30 minutes.

Nearby car parks

We have limited on site parking but there is plenty of street parking available as well as NCP and further parking just a few minutes away in Cardiff Bay.

Blue Badge Parking

There is disabled parking on site, (our team can book this in advance) and further Blue Badge Parking is available at the Mermaid Quay Car Park.

Level Access and Lifts

There are lifts to all floors and level access to our office, meeting rooms and communal areas.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets can be found on all floors of the building including one next door to our office.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs, and assistance dogs in training, are welcome throughout the building.

For a quiet space, please speak to our team who can book a meeting room.
